Excellent opportunity for a B2B Telemarketing Manager who has previous experience in running digital marketing campaigns through the help of external agencies to come join a leading facilities management company based in Sutton, where the successful individual will be running a team of six sales and marketing employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and managing integrated call and emails campaigns for new business creation, this will also allow you to undertake client analysis to help create new campaigns to maximise client retention and new business.
You will oversee the production of campaign newsletters for prospects, clients and employees. Other responsibilities include developing, training and managing the Telemarketing team to ensure agreed company targets and individual KPI’s are being met.

· Qualified professional with proven experience in B2B environment
· Problem solver
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software packages and ideally Communicator & Sage CRM Software

· Devise and manage integrated call and email campaigns for new business creation and report on ROI
· To undertake client analysis to help create campaigns to win new business and maximise client retention
