Office Administrator

An Office Administrator is required by our prestigious client based in London Piccadilly. A salary of up to £24,000 is available.

As Office Administrator you will have the opportunity to work in an amazing environment in one of London’s oldest and most prestigious club membership organisations. You will assist the Senior Administrator with daily tasks filtering and drafting correspondence, preparing committee papers and work on various aspects of Club communication. Excellent typing skills are essential.

As Office Administrator you will attend and take minutes on monthly meeting as well as provide reports throughout the Club. You will also have the opportunity to drive social media content and email marketing campaigns to retain and bolster the membership as well as promote events.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in either Administration or as a Personal Assistant. We are looking for someone who is highly personable, passionate about delivering five star service in a busy working environment. The role is a full time position working 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm.

Our client is a private members club based in a Grade Two listed building in Central London. With accommodation, fine dining, banqueting suites, bars, sporting facilities and extensive libraries the club has something to offer everyone.

Required skills:

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Excellent typing/IT skills

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a secretarial/administrative role

- Organisational skills and attention to detail



Basic salary to £24,000 plus bonus and pension, gym discount, season ticket load and meals.
